Ar-Rum 30:27 وهو الذي يبدا الخلق ثم يعيده وهو اهون عليه وله المثل الاعلى في السماوات والارض وهو العزيز الحكيم ٢٧
وَهُوَ
ٱلَّذِي
يَبۡدَؤُاْ
ٱلۡخَلۡقَ
ثُمَّ
يُعِيدُهُۥ
وَهُوَ
أَهۡوَنُ
عَلَيۡهِۚ
وَلَهُ
ٱلۡمَثَلُ
ٱلۡأَعۡلَىٰ
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ
وَهُوَ
ٱلۡعَزِيزُ
ٱلۡحَكِيمُ
٢٧
En Hij is Degene Die de schepping vormt, en het daarna herhaalt en dat is voor Hem nog gemakkelijker. Aan Hem behoren de meest verheven eigenschappen in de hemelen en op aarde. En Hij is de Almachtige, de Alwijze.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
وَلَهُ مَن فِى السَّمَـوَتِ وَالاٌّرْضِ
(To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth.) means, He owns it and it is enslaved to Him.
كُلٌّ لَّهُ قَـنِتُونَ
(All are obedient to Him.) they are humble before Him and submit to Him, whether willingly or unwillingly.
Repeating the Creation is easi
…وَلَهُ مَن فِى السَّمَـوَتِ وَالاٌّرْضِ
(To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth.) means, He owns it and it is enslaved to Him.
