Al-'Ankabut 29:65 فاذا ركبوا في الفلك دعوا الله مخلصين له الدين فلما نجاهم الى البر اذا هم يشركون ٦٥
فَإِذَا
رَكِبُواْ
فِي
ٱلۡفُلۡكِ
دَعَوُاْ
ٱللَّهَ
مُخۡلِصِينَ
لَهُ
ٱلدِّينَ
فَلَمَّا
نَجَّىٰهُمۡ
إِلَى
ٱلۡبَرِّ
إِذَا
هُمۡ
يُشۡرِكُونَ
٦٥
En als zij aan boord gaan van een schip (en het stormt hard), dan roepen zij alleen Allah aan door hun geloof te zuiveren tegenover Hem, maar zodra Hij hen veilig terug aan land brengt (nadat zij ternauwernood aan de verdrinkingsdood waren ontsnapt), kennen zij (toch) deelgenoten aan Allah toe).

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah tells us how insignificant and transient this world is, and how it will soon end. All that it
وَإِنَّ الدَّارَ الاٌّخِرَةَ لَهِىَ الْحَيَوَانُ
(Verily, the home of the Hereafter -- that is the life indeed,) means, the true everlasting life that will never end, but will continue forever and ever.
