Al-A'raf 7:71 قال قد وقع عليكم من ربكم رجس وغضب اتجادلونني في اسماء سميتموها انتم واباوكم ما نزل الله بها من سلطان فانتظروا اني معكم من المنتظرين ٧١
قَالَ
قَدۡ
وَقَعَ
عَلَيۡكُم
مِّن
رَّبِّكُمۡ
رِجۡسٞ
وَغَضَبٌۖ
أَتُجَٰدِلُونَنِي
فِيٓ
أَسۡمَآءٖ
سَمَّيۡتُمُوهَآ
أَنتُمۡ
وَءَابَآؤُكُم
مَّا
نَزَّلَ
ٱللَّهُ
بِهَا
مِن
سُلۡطَٰنٖۚ
فَٱنتَظِرُوٓاْ
إِنِّي
مَعَكُم
مِّنَ
ٱلۡمُنتَظِرِينَ
٧١
(Hoed) zei: “Bestraffing en de toorn van jullie Heer is reeds over jullie gekomen. Redetwisten jullie maar met mij over de namen die jullie hebben genoemd – jullie en jullie vaderen, zonder gezag van Allah? Wacht dan, ik ben onder jullie ook wachtend.”

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah mentions the rebellion, defiance and stubbornness of Hud'speople, and their opposition to him, peace be upon him,
قَالُواْ أَجِئْتَنَا لِنَعْبُدَ اللَّهَ وَحْدَهُ
(They said: "You have come to us that we should worship Allah Alone") Later on, the disbelievers of Quraysh said,
وَإِذْ قَالُواْ اللّ
