An-Nisa 4:166 لاكن الله يشهد بما انزل اليك انزله بعلمه والملايكة يشهدون وكفى بالله شهيدا ١٦٦
لَّٰكِنِ
ٱللَّهُ
يَشۡهَدُ
بِمَآ
أَنزَلَ
إِلَيۡكَۖ
أَنزَلَهُۥ
بِعِلۡمِهِۦۖ
وَٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ
يَشۡهَدُونَۚ
وَكَفَىٰ
بِٱللَّهِ
شَهِيدًا
١٦٦
(De ongelovigen getuigen niet over jouw Profeetschap) maar Allah getuigt (wel) over wat Hij aan jou gezonden heeft. Hij zond deze met Zijn Kennis neer. En de Engelen getuigen. En Allah is voldoende als Getuige.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
إِنَّآ أَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَيْكَ
(Verily, We have inspired you...) emphasized the Prophet's prophethood and refuted the idolators and People of the Scripture who denied him. Allah said,
لَّـكِنِ اللَّهُ يَشْهَدُ بِمَآ أَنزَلَ إِلَيْكَ
(But Allah bears witness to that which He has sent down unto you,) meanin
…إِنَّآ أَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَيْكَ
(Verily, We have inspired you...) emphasized the Prophet's prophethood and refuted the idolators and People of the Scriptur
