An-Nur 24:3 الزاني لا ينكح الا زانية او مشركة والزانية لا ينكحها الا زان او مشرك وحرم ذالك على المومنين ٣
ٱلزَّانِي
لَا
يَنكِحُ
إِلَّا
زَانِيَةً
أَوۡ
مُشۡرِكَةٗ
وَٱلزَّانِيَةُ
لَا
يَنكِحُهَآ
إِلَّا
زَانٍ
أَوۡ
مُشۡرِكٞۚ
وَحُرِّمَ
ذَٰلِكَ
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
٣
De overspelige man trouwt niet anders dan de overspelige vrouw of een afgodaanbidster. En geen trouwt haar behalve een overspelige man of een afgodenaanbidder. En dat is verboden voor de gelovigen.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
وَالزَّانِيَةُ لاَ يَنكِحُهَآ إِلاَّ زَانٍ
(and the Zaniyah, none marries her except a Zani) a sinful man who is guilty of fornication,
أَوْ مُشْرِكَةً
(or a Mushrik) (a man) who does not think it is unlawful.
وَحُرِّمَ ذلِكَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
(Such a thing is forbidden to the believers.) meaning, ind

(and the Zaniyah, none marries her except a Zani) a sinful man who is guilty of fornication,
