Al-An'am 6:25 ومنهم من يستمع اليك وجعلنا على قلوبهم اكنة ان يفقهوه وفي اذانهم وقرا وان يروا كل اية لا يومنوا بها حتى اذا جاءوك يجادلونك يقول الذين كفروا ان هاذا الا اساطير الاولين ٢٥
وَمِنۡهُم
مَّن
يَسۡتَمِعُ
إِلَيۡكَۖ
وَجَعَلۡنَا
عَلَىٰ
قُلُوبِهِمۡ
أَكِنَّةً
أَن
يَفۡقَهُوهُ
وَفِيٓ
ءَاذَانِهِمۡ
وَقۡرٗاۚ
وَإِن
يَرَوۡاْ
كُلَّ
ءَايَةٖ
لَّا
يُؤۡمِنُواْ
بِهَاۖ
حَتَّىٰٓ
إِذَا
جَآءُوكَ
يُجَٰدِلُونَكَ
يَقُولُ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُوٓاْ
إِنۡ
هَٰذَآ
إِلَّآ
أَسَٰطِيرُ
ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
٢٥
En van hen zijn er een paar die naar jou luisteren, maar Wij 1 hebben sluiers over hun harten gelegd, zodat zij het niet begrijpen en doofheid in hun oren; als zij alle tekenen zien, zullen zij daarin niet geloven; tot het punt dat zij naar jou toekomen om te argumenteren, de ongelovigen zeggen: “Dit is niets anders dan verhaaltjes van oude mensen.”

The Polythiests Shall be Questioned About the Shirk They Committed
About the polytheists, Allah said:
وَيَوْمَ نَحْشُرُهُمْ جَمِيعاً
(And on the Day when We shall gather them all together,) This is on the Day of Resurrection, when He will ask them about the idols and rivals that they worshipped instead
