۞ ان الصفا والمروة من شعاير الله فمن حج البيت او اعتمر فلا جناح عليه ان يطوف بهما ومن تطوع خيرا فان الله شاكر عليم ١٥٨
۞ إِنَّ ٱلصَّفَا وَٱلْمَرْوَةَ مِن شَعَآئِرِ ٱللَّهِ ۖ فَمَنْ حَجَّ ٱلْبَيْتَ أَوِ ٱعْتَمَرَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ أَن يَطَّوَّفَ بِهِمَا ۚ وَمَن تَطَوَّعَ خَيْرًۭا فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَاكِرٌ عَلِيمٌ ١٥٨

Waarlijk! Shafā en Marwah behoren tot de aan Allah gewijde Tekenen. Wie dan de Hadj of Omra verricht naar het Huis (de Ka’bah); het is geen zonde als hij tussen beide (Shafā en Marwah) loopt (tijdens de Sa’i). En ieder die vrijwillig goed doet, dan waarlijk, Allah is de Herkenner van alles, de Alwetende.

Here the verb is in the perfect tense (form V).
فَمَنْ يَطَّوَّعْ
fa-man yaṭṭawwaʿ
“Whoever does extra good”
The same verb is here in the jussive imperfect due to the conditional.

Uitleg

The two readings amount to the same meaning as conditional sentences, although the first reading may also be taken to refer to the rewards enjoyed by people of the past who did extra good deeds [Makki].
