Tafsir: At-Tawbah 9:1

براءة من الله ورسوله الى الذين عاهدتم من المشركين ١

بَرَآءَةٌۭ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦٓ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ عَـٰهَدتُّم مِّنَ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ ١

بَرَآءَةٞ

مِّنَ

ٱللَّهِ

وَرَسُولِهِۦٓ

إِلَى

ٱلَّذِينَ

عَٰهَدتُّم

مِّنَ

ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ

˹This is˺ a discharge from all obligations,¹ by Allah and His Messenger, to the polytheists you ˹believers˺ have entered into treaties with:
