52:1

والطور ١

وَٱلطُّورِ ١

ﮞ
ﮟ

By Mount Ṭûr!¹

وكتاب مسطور ٢

وَكِتَـٰبٍۢ مَّسْطُورٍۢ ٢

ﮠ

ﮡ

ﮢ

And by the Book written

في رق منشور ٣

فِى رَقٍّۢ مَّنشُورٍۢ ٣

ﮣ

ﮤ

ﮥ

ﮦ

on open pages ˹for all to read˺!¹

والبيت المعمور ٤

وَٱلْبَيْتِ ٱلْمَعْمُورِ ٤

ﮧ

ﮨ

ﮩ

And by the ˹Sacred˺ House frequently visited!¹

والسقف المرفوع ٥

وَٱلسَّقْفِ ٱلْمَرْفُوعِ ٥

ﮪ

ﮫ

ﮬ

And by the canopy raised ˹high˺!

والبحر المسجور ٦

وَٱلْبَحْرِ ٱلْمَسْجُورِ ٦

ﮭ

ﮮ

ﮯ

And by the seas set on fire!¹

ان عذاب ربك لواقع ٧

إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ لَوَٰقِعٌۭ ٧

ﮰ

ﮱ

ﯓ

ﯔ

ﯕ

Indeed, the punishment of your Lord will come to pass—

ما له من دافع ٨

مَّا لَهُۥ مِن دَافِعٍۢ ٨

ﯖ

ﯗ

ﯘ

ﯙ

ﯚ

none will avert it—

يوم تمور السماء مورا ٩

يَوْمَ تَمُورُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ مَوْرًۭا ٩

ﯛ

ﯜ

ﯝ

ﯞ

ﯟ

on the Day the heavens will be shaken violently,

وتسير الجبال سيرا ١٠

وَتَسِيرُ ٱلْجِبَالُ سَيْرًۭا ١٠

ﯠ

ﯡ

ﯢ

ﯣ

and the mountains will be blown away entirely.

فويل يوميذ للمكذبين ١١

فَوَيْلٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ ١١

ﯥ

ﯦ

Then woe on that Day to the deniers—

الذين هم في خوض يلعبون ١٢

ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ فِى خَوْضٍۢ يَلْعَبُونَ ١٢

ﯨ

ﯩ

ﯪ

ﯫ

ﯭ

those who amuse themselves with falsehood!

يوم يدعون الى نار جهنم دعا ١٣

يَوْمَ يُدَعُّونَ إِلَىٰ نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ دَعًّا ١٣

ﯮ

ﯯ

ﯰ

ﯱ

ﯲ

ﯳ

ﯴ

˹It is˺ the Day they will be fiercely shoved into the Fire of Hell.

هاذه النار التي كنتم بها تكذبون ١٤

هَـٰذِهِ ٱلنَّارُ ٱلَّتِى كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ ١٤

ﯺ

ﯻ

˹They will be told,˺ “This is the Fire which you used to deny.
