Al-Baqarah 2:236 لا جناح عليكم ان طلقتم النساء ما لم تمسوهن او تفرضوا لهن فريضة ومتعوهن على الموسع قدره وعلى المقتر قدره متاعا بالمعروف حقا على المحسنين ٢٣٦

عَلَيۡكُمۡ

طَلَّقۡتُمُ
ٱلنِّسَآءَ
مَا
لَمۡ
تَمَسُّوهُنَّ
أَوۡ
تَفۡرِضُواْ
لَهُنَّ
فَرِيضَةٗۚ
وَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُوسِعِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
وَعَلَى
ٱلۡمُقۡتِرِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
مَتَٰعَۢا
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ
حَقًّا
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
٢٣٦
Eğer kadınları, kendilerine dokunmadan veya onlara bir mehir takdir etmeden boşarsanız (bunda) size bir vebal yoktur. Şu kadar ki onlara (mal verip) faydalandırın. Eli geniş olan hâline göre, eli dar olan da haline göre ve güzellikle faydalandırmalıdır. Bu, iyilik yapanlar üzerine bir borçtur.
