Al-Baqarah 2:279 فان لم تفعلوا فاذنوا بحرب من الله ورسوله وان تبتم فلكم رءوس اموالكم لا تظلمون ولا تظلمون ٢٧٩
فَإِن
لَّمۡ
تَفۡعَلُواْ
فَأۡذَنُواْ
بِحَرۡبٖ
مِّنَ
ٱللَّهِ
وَرَسُولِهِۦۖ
وَإِن
تُبۡتُمۡ
فَلَكُمۡ
رُءُوسُ
أَمۡوَٰلِكُمۡ
لَا
تَظۡلِمُونَ
وَلَا
تُظۡلَمُونَ
٢٧٩
Şayet (faiz hakkında söylenenleri) yapmazsanız, Allah'a ve Rasûlüne karşı savaşa girdiğinizi bilin. Eğer tevbe edip vazgeçerseniz, sermayeniz (ana paranız) sizindir. Ne haksızlık etmiş, ne de haksızlığa uğramış olursunuz.
