Al-Isra 17:16 واذا اردنا ان نهلك قرية امرنا مترفيها ففسقوا فيها فحق عليها القول فدمرناها تدميرا ١٦
وَإِذَآ
أَرَدۡنَآ
أَن
نُّهۡلِكَ
قَرۡيَةً
أَمَرۡنَا
مُتۡرَفِيهَا
فَفَسَقُواْ
فِيهَا
فَحَقَّ
عَلَيۡهَا
ٱلۡقَوۡلُ
فَدَمَّرۡنَٰهَا
تَدۡمِيرٗا

Bir ülkeyi helâk etmek istediğimizde, o ülkenin zenginlik sebebiyle şımarmış elebaşılarına (iyilikleri) emrederiz; buna rağmen onlar orada kötülük işlerler. Böylece o ülke, helake müstahak olur, biz de orayı darmadağın ederiz.
