At-Tawbah 9:5 فاذا انسلخ الاشهر الحرم فاقتلوا المشركين حيث وجدتموهم وخذوهم واحصروهم واقعدوا لهم كل مرصد فان تابوا واقاموا الصلاة واتوا الزكاة فخلوا سبيلهم ان الله غفور رحيم ٥
فَإِذَا
ٱنسَلَخَ
ٱلۡأَشۡهُرُ
ٱلۡحُرُمُ
فَٱقۡتُلُواْ
ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ
حَيۡثُ
وَجَدتُّمُوهُمۡ
وَخُذُوهُمۡ
وَٱحۡصُرُوهُمۡ
وَٱقۡعُدُواْ
لَهُمۡ
كُلَّ
مَرۡصَدٖۚ
فَإِن
تَابُواْ
وَأَقَامُواْ
ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ
وَءَاتَوُاْ
ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ
فَخَلُّواْ
سَبِيلَهُمۡۚ
إِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
غَفُورٞ
رَّحِيمٞ

Haram aylar çıkınca, müşrikleri bulduğunuz yerde öldürün; onları (esir olarak) yakalayıp hapsedin; her gözetleme yerinde onları bekleyin. Eğer tevbe eder, namazı ikame eder ve zekat verirlerse yollarını serbest bırakın. Doğrusu Allah, çok bağışlayandır, çok merhamet edendir.
