At-Tawbah 9:5 فاذا انسلخ الاشهر الحرم فاقتلوا المشركين حيث وجدتموهم وخذوهم واحصروهم واقعدوا لهم كل مرصد فان تابوا واقاموا الصلاة واتوا الزكاة فخلوا سبيلهم ان الله غفور رحيم ٥
فَإِذَا
ٱنسَلَخَ
ٱلۡأَشۡهُرُ
ٱلۡحُرُمُ
فَٱقۡتُلُواْ
ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ
حَيۡثُ
وَجَدتُّمُوهُمۡ
وَخُذُوهُمۡ
وَٱحۡصُرُوهُمۡ
وَٱقۡعُدُواْ
لَهُمۡ
كُلَّ
مَرۡصَدٖۚ
فَإِن
تَابُواْ
وَأَقَامُواْ
ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ
وَءَاتَوُاْ
ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ
فَخَلُّواْ
سَبِيلَهُمۡۚ
إِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
غَفُورٞ
رَّحِيمٞ

Haram aylar çıkınca müşrikleri bulduğunuz yerde öldürün; onları yakalayın, onları hapsedin ve onları her gözetleme yerinde oturup bekleyin. Eğer tevbe eder, namazı dosdoğru kılar, zekâtı da verirlerse artık yollarını serbest bırakın. Allah yarlığayan, esirgeyendir.
