Al-Baqarah 2:180 كتب عليكم اذا حضر احدكم الموت ان ترك خيرا الوصية للوالدين والاقربين بالمعروف حقا على المتقين ١٨٠
كُتِبَ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
إِذَا
حَضَرَ
أَحَدَكُمُ
ٱلۡمَوۡتُ
إِن
تَرَكَ
خَيۡرًا
ٱلۡوَصِيَّةُ
لِلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ
وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ
حَقًّا
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ
١٨٠
你们当中，若有人在临死的时候，还有遗产，那末，应当为双亲和至亲而秉公遗嘱。这已成你们的定制，这是敬畏者应尽的义务。
