Al-Ahqaf 46:12 ومن قبله كتاب موسى اماما ورحمة وهاذا كتاب مصدق لسانا عربيا لينذر الذين ظلموا وبشرى للمحسنين ١٢
وَمِن
قَبۡلِهِۦ
كِتَٰبُ
مُوسَىٰٓ
إِمَامٗا
وَرَحۡمَةٗۚ
وَهَٰذَا
كِتَٰبٞ
مُّصَدِّقٞ
لِّسَانًا
عَرَبِيّٗا
لِّيُنذِرَ
ٱلَّذِينَ
ظَلَمُواْ
وَبُشۡرَىٰ
لِلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
١٢
Ва пеш аз ин Қуръон китоби Мӯсо (яъне Таврот) барои бани Исроил роҳнамову раҳмат буд ва ба он иқтидо мекарданд. Ва ин Қуръон китобест тасдиқкунандаи китобҳои пешина, ба забони арабӣ нозил шудааст, то ситамкорон (кофирон)-ро биме ва некӯкорон (мӯъминон)-ро муждае бошад.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
The Qur'an is Allah's True Speech and the Position of the Disbelievers and the Muslims towards it
Allah says,
قُلْ
(Say) meaning, `O Muhammad to these idolators who disbelieve in the Qur'an.'
أَرَءَيْتُمْ إِن كَانَ
(Tell me! If it was) meaning, this Qur'an.
مِنْ عِندِ اللَّهِ وَكَفَرْتُمْ بِهِ
(from Allah,
