Al-Ahzab 33:49 يا ايها الذين امنوا اذا نكحتم المومنات ثم طلقتموهن من قبل ان تمسوهن فما لكم عليهن من عدة تعتدونها فمتعوهن وسرحوهن سراحا جميلا ٤٩
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
ٱلَّذِينَ
ءَامَنُوٓاْ
إِذَا
نَكَحۡتُمُ
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ
ثُمَّ
طَلَّقۡتُمُوهُنَّ
مِن
قَبۡلِ
أَن
تَمَسُّوهُنَّ
فَمَا
لَكُمۡ
عَلَيۡهِنَّ
مِنۡ
عِدَّةٖ
تَعۡتَدُّونَهَاۖ
فَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ
وَسَرِّحُوهُنَّ
سَرَاحٗا
جَمِيلٗا
٤٩
Эй мўминлар, қачон сизлар мўминаларни никоҳларингизга олсангизлар-у, сўнгра уларга қўл тегизишдан (яқинлашишдан) илгари уларни талоқ қилсангизлар, у ҳолда сизлар учун уларнинг зиммасида санайдиган идда бўлмас. Бас, сизлар уларни (озми-кўпми ҳадя билан) баҳраманд қилиб, чиройли кузатиш билан кузатинглар!1
