Al-Ahzab 33:49 يا ايها الذين امنوا اذا نكحتم المومنات ثم طلقتموهن من قبل ان تمسوهن فما لكم عليهن من عدة تعتدونها فمتعوهن وسرحوهن سراحا جميلا ٤٩
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
ٱلَّذِينَ
ءَامَنُوٓاْ
إِذَا
نَكَحۡتُمُ
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ
ثُمَّ
طَلَّقۡتُمُوهُنَّ
مِن
قَبۡلِ
أَن
تَمَسُّوهُنَّ
فَمَا
لَكُمۡ
عَلَيۡهِنَّ
مِنۡ
عِدَّةٖ
تَعۡتَدُّونَهَاۖ
فَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ
وَسَرِّحُوهُنَّ
سَرَاحٗا
جَمِيلٗا
٤٩
הוי אלה אשר האמינו! אם מתחתנים אתם עם נשים מאמינות ואז מתגרשים מהן לפני ההתייחדות, אל לכם להטיל עליהן תקופת המתנה אשר את ימיה תדרשו למנות, ולכן תנו להן מתנה ושלחו אותן בהגינות.
