Al-Ahzab 33:49 يا ايها الذين امنوا اذا نكحتم المومنات ثم طلقتموهن من قبل ان تمسوهن فما لكم عليهن من عدة تعتدونها فمتعوهن وسرحوهن سراحا جميلا ٤٩
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
ٱلَّذِينَ
ءَامَنُوٓاْ
إِذَا
نَكَحۡتُمُ
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ
ثُمَّ
طَلَّقۡتُمُوهُنَّ
مِن
قَبۡلِ
أَن
تَمَسُّوهُنَّ
فَمَا
لَكُمۡ
عَلَيۡهِنَّ
مِنۡ
عِدَّةٖ
تَعۡتَدُّونَهَاۖ
فَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ
وَسَرِّحُوهُنَّ
سَرَاحٗا
جَمِيلٗا
٤٩
O wy, którzy wierzycie! Kiedy bierzecie za żony kobiety wierzące, następnie rozwodzicie się z nimi, zanim ich dotknęliście, to nie macie prawa wyznaczać im żadnego okresu oczekiwania. Dajcie im wyposażenie i odprawcie je w piękny sposób.
