Al-An'am 6:104 قد جاءكم بصاير من ربكم فمن ابصر فلنفسه ومن عمي فعليها وما انا عليكم بحفيظ ١٠٤
قَدۡ
جَآءَكُم
بَصَآئِرُ
مِن
رَّبِّكُمۡۖ
فَمَنۡ
أَبۡصَرَ
فَلِنَفۡسِهِۦۖ
وَمَنۡ
عَمِيَ
فَعَلَيۡهَاۚ
وَمَآ
أَنَا۠
عَلَيۡكُم
بِحَفِيظٖ
١٠٤
Wahrlich, sichtbare Beweise sind zu euch nunmehr von eurem Herrn gekommen; wenn einer also sieht, so ist es zu seinem eigenen Besten; und wenn einer blind wird, so ist es zu seinem eigenen Schaden. Und ich bin nicht euer Wächter.

The Meaning of Basa'ir
Basa'ir are the proofs and evidences in the Qur'an and the Message of Allah's Messenger ﷺ . The Ayah,
فَمَنْ أَبْصَرَ فَلِنَفْسِهِ
(so whosoever sees, will do so for (the good of) himself.) is similar to,
فَمَنُ اهْتَدَى فَإِنَّمَا يَهْتَدِى لِنَفْسِهِ وَمَن ضَلَّ فَإِنَّمَا يَضِل
