Al-An'am 6:104 قد جاءكم بصاير من ربكم فمن ابصر فلنفسه ومن عمي فعليها وما انا عليكم بحفيظ ١٠٤
قَدۡ
جَآءَكُم
بَصَآئِرُ
مِن
رَّبِّكُمۡۖ
فَمَنۡ
أَبۡصَرَ
فَلِنَفۡسِهِۦۖ
وَمَنۡ
عَمِيَ
فَعَلَيۡهَاۚ
وَمَآ
أَنَا۠
عَلَيۡكُم
بِحَفِيظٖ
١٠٤
（使徒*よ、言うがよい。）「あなた方の主*の御許からあなた方のもとに、開眼[1]が確かに到来した。（それに）開眼する者は誰でも、自分自身を益し、（そこにおいて）盲目である者[2]は誰でも、自分自身を害するのだ。そして私は、あなた方の監視役[3]などではない」。 1

The Meaning of Basa'ir
Basa'ir are the proofs and evidences in the Qur'an and the Message of Allah's Messenger ﷺ . The Ayah,
فَمَنْ أَبْصَرَ فَلِنَفْسِهِ
(so whosoever sees, will do so for (the good of) himself.) is similar to,
فَمَنُ اهْتَدَى فَإِنَّمَا يَهْتَدِى لِنَفْسِهِ وَمَن ضَلَّ فَإِنَّمَا يَضِل
