Al-An'am 6:147 فان كذبوك فقل ربكم ذو رحمة واسعة ولا يرد باسه عن القوم المجرمين ١٤٧
فَإِن
كَذَّبُوكَ
فَقُل
رَّبُّكُمۡ
ذُو
رَحۡمَةٖ
وَٰسِعَةٖ
وَلَا
يُرَدُّ
بَأۡسُهُۥ
عَنِ
ٱلۡقَوۡمِ
ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ
١٤٧
'Then if they give you the lie, say: 'Your Lord is of unbounded mercy; but His punishment shall not be averted from the guilty folk.'1

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
فَقُل رَّبُّكُمْ ذُو رَحْمَةٍ وَسِعَةٍ
(Say: "Your Lord is the Owner of vast mercy...") encouraging them to seek Allah's vast mercy and follow His Messenger,
وَلاَ يُرَدُّ بَأْسُهُ عَنِ الْقَوْمِ الْمُجْرِمِينَ
(and never will His wrath be turned back from the people who are criminals.) discouraging th
