Al-An'am 6:25 ومنهم من يستمع اليك وجعلنا على قلوبهم اكنة ان يفقهوه وفي اذانهم وقرا وان يروا كل اية لا يومنوا بها حتى اذا جاءوك يجادلونك يقول الذين كفروا ان هاذا الا اساطير الاولين ٢٥
وَمِنۡهُم
مَّن
يَسۡتَمِعُ
إِلَيۡكَۖ
وَجَعَلۡنَا
عَلَىٰ
قُلُوبِهِمۡ
أَكِنَّةً
أَن
يَفۡقَهُوهُ
وَفِيٓ
ءَاذَانِهِمۡ
وَقۡرٗاۚ
وَإِن
يَرَوۡاْ
كُلَّ
ءَايَةٖ
لَّا
يُؤۡمِنُواْ
بِهَاۖ
حَتَّىٰٓ
إِذَا
جَآءُوكَ
يُجَٰدِلُونَكَ
يَقُولُ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُوٓاْ
إِنۡ
هَٰذَآ
إِلَّآ
أَسَٰطِيرُ
ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
٢٥
Det finnes også de blant dem som hører på deg, men vi har lagt et slør over deres hjerter så de intet forstår, og tunghørthet i deres ører, så selv om de fikk se alle mulige jærtegn, så ville de ikke tro dem. Så når de vantro kommer for å diskutere med deg, sier de: «Dette er intet annet enn gamle fabler!»

The Polythiests Shall be Questioned About the Shirk They Committed
About the polytheists, Allah said:
وَيَوْمَ نَحْشُرُهُمْ جَمِيعاً
(And on the Day when We shall gather them all together,) This is on the Day of Resurrection, when He will ask them about the idols and rivals that they worshipped instead
