Al-Anbiya 21:19 وله من في السماوات والارض ومن عنده لا يستكبرون عن عبادته ولا يستحسرون ١٩
وَلَهُۥ
مَن
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ
وَمَنۡ
عِندَهُۥ
لَا
يَسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ
عَنۡ
عِبَادَتِهِۦ
وَلَا
يَسۡتَحۡسِرُونَ
١٩
او خاص د هغه لپاره دي هغه څوك چې په اسمانونو او ځمكه كې دي، او هغه څوك چې له هغه سره دي، هغوى د هغه له عبادت نه تكبر نه كوي او نه ستومانه كېږي

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Creation was made with Justice and Wisdom
Allah tells us that He created the heavens and the earth in truth, i.e. with justice.
لِيَجْزِىَ الَّذِينَ أَسَاءُواْ بِمَا عَمِلُواْ وَيِجْزِى الَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُواْ بِالْحُسْنَى
(that He may requite those who do evil with that which they have done, and reward
