Al-Anbiya 21:19 وله من في السماوات والارض ومن عنده لا يستكبرون عن عبادته ولا يستحسرون ١٩
وَلَهُۥ
مَن
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ
وَمَنۡ
عِندَهُۥ
لَا
يَسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ
عَنۡ
عِبَادَتِهِۦ
وَلَا
يَسۡتَحۡسِرُونَ
١٩
. Bibye ebyo byonna ebiri mu ggulu ne mu nsi, n'abo abali waali tebeekuluntaza ku kumusinza era tebakaluubirirwa.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Creation was made with Justice and Wisdom
Allah tells us that He created the heavens and the earth in truth, i.e. with justice.
لِيَجْزِىَ الَّذِينَ أَسَاءُواْ بِمَا عَمِلُواْ وَيِجْزِى الَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُواْ بِالْحُسْنَى
(that He may requite those who do evil with that which they have done, and reward
