Al-Anbiya 21:31 وجعلنا في الارض رواسي ان تميد بهم وجعلنا فيها فجاجا سبلا لعلهم يهتدون ٣١
وَجَعَلۡنَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
رَوَٰسِيَ
أَن
تَمِيدَ
بِهِمۡ
وَجَعَلۡنَا
فِيهَا
فِجَاجٗا
سُبُلٗا
لَّعَلَّهُمۡ
يَهۡتَدُونَ
٣١

(Have not those who disbelieve known) means, those who deny His Divine nature and worship others
