Al-Anbiya 21:31 وجعلنا في الارض رواسي ان تميد بهم وجعلنا فيها فجاجا سبلا لعلهم يهتدون ٣١
وَجَعَلۡنَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
رَوَٰسِيَ
أَن
تَمِيدَ
بِهِمۡ
وَجَعَلۡنَا
فِيهَا
فِجَاجٗا
سُبُلٗا
لَّعَلَّهُمۡ
يَهۡتَدُونَ
٣١
われはまた，大地に山々を据えてかれら不信心者にとっても大地を揺るぎないものとした。またそこに，往来のための広い道を創った。それでかれらは必ず利するところがあろう。

Here Allah tells of His perfect might and power in His creation and subjugation of all things.
أَوَلَمْ يَرَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ
(Have not those who disbelieve known) means, those who deny His Divine nature and worship others
