Al-Anbiya 21:32 وجعلنا السماء سقفا محفوظا وهم عن اياتها معرضون ٣٢
وَجَعَلۡنَا
ٱلسَّمَآءَ
سَقۡفٗا
مَّحۡفُوظٗاۖ
وَهُمۡ
عَنۡ
ءَايَٰتِهَا
مُعۡرِضُونَ
٣٢
I uczyniliśmy na niej wąwozy jako drogi. Być może, oni pójdą drogą prostą! I uczyniliśmy niebo sklepieniem chroniącym~ lecz oni się odwracają od Naszych znaków.

Here Allah tells of His perfect might and power in His creation and subjugation of all things.
أَوَلَمْ يَرَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ
(Have not those who disbelieve known) means, those who deny His Divine nature and worship others
