Al-Anbiya 21:97 واقترب الوعد الحق فاذا هي شاخصة ابصار الذين كفروا يا ويلنا قد كنا في غفلة من هاذا بل كنا ظالمين ٩٧
وَٱقۡتَرَبَ
ٱلۡوَعۡدُ
ٱلۡحَقُّ
فَإِذَا
هِيَ
شَٰخِصَةٌ
أَبۡصَٰرُ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُواْ
يَٰوَيۡلَنَا
قَدۡ
كُنَّا
فِي
غَفۡلَةٖ
مِّنۡ
هَٰذَا
بَلۡ
كُنَّا
ظَٰلِمِينَ
٩٧
Àdéhùn òdodo náà súnmọ́ pẹ́kípẹ́kí. Nígbà náà, àwọn tó ṣàì gbàgbọ́ yóò máa ranjú kalẹ̀ ràngàndàn, (wọ́n yó sì wí pé): “Ègbé ni fún wa! Dájúdájú àwa ti wà nínú ìgbàgbéra nípa èyí. Rárá, àwa jẹ́ alábòsí ni.”

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Those who have been destroyed, will never return to this World.
وَحَرَامٌ عَلَى قَرْيَةٍ
(And a ban is laid on every town) Ibn `Abbas said, "it is enforced", i.e., it has been decreed that the people of each township that has been destroyed will never return to this world before the Day of Resurrectio
