Al-Anbiya 21:97 واقترب الوعد الحق فاذا هي شاخصة ابصار الذين كفروا يا ويلنا قد كنا في غفلة من هاذا بل كنا ظالمين ٩٧
وَٱقۡتَرَبَ
ٱلۡوَعۡدُ
ٱلۡحَقُّ
فَإِذَا
هِيَ
شَٰخِصَةٌ
أَبۡصَٰرُ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُواْ
يَٰوَيۡلَنَا
قَدۡ
كُنَّا
فِي
غَفۡلَةٖ
مِّنۡ
هَٰذَا
بَلۡ
كُنَّا
ظَٰلِمِينَ
٩٧
真実の約束（復活の日*）は近づいたのである。そしてどうであろうか、（その日の恐怖が現れると、）不信仰だった者*たちの眼は見開いたままになる。（彼らはこう言うのだ。）「我らが災いよ！[1]私たちは確かに、このことに迂闊でした。いや、私たちは不正*者だったのです」。 1

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Those who have been destroyed, will never return to this World.
وَحَرَامٌ عَلَى قَرْيَةٍ
(And a ban is laid on every town) Ibn `Abbas said, "it is enforced", i.e., it has been decreed that the people of each township that has been destroyed will never return to this world before the Day of Resurrectio
