Al-Anfal 8:33 وما كان الله ليعذبهم وانت فيهم وما كان الله معذبهم وهم يستغفرون ٣٣
وَمَا
كَانَ
ٱللَّهُ
لِيُعَذِّبَهُمۡ
وَأَنتَ
فِيهِمۡۚ
وَمَا
كَانَ
ٱللَّهُ
مُعَذِّبَهُمۡ
وَهُمۡ
يَسۡتَغۡفِرُونَ
٣٣
او الله داسې نه دى چې دوى ته عذاب وركړي، په دې حال كې چې ته په دوى كې يې او الله دوى ته عذاب وركوونكى نه دى، په داسې حال كې چې دوى بخښنه (استغفار) غواړي

The Quraysh claimed They can produce Something similar to the Qur'an
Allah describes the disbelief, transgression, rebellion, as well as misguided statements that the pagans of Quraysh used to utter when they heard Allah's Ayat being recited to them,
قَدْ سَمِعْنَا لَوْ نَشَآءُ لَقُلْنَا مِثْلَ هَـذَآ
