Al-Anfal 8:43 اذ يريكهم الله في منامك قليلا ولو اراكهم كثيرا لفشلتم ولتنازعتم في الامر ولاكن الله سلم انه عليم بذات الصدور ٤٣
إِذۡ
يُرِيكَهُمُ
ٱللَّهُ
فِي
مَنَامِكَ
قَلِيلٗاۖ
وَلَوۡ
أَرَىٰكَهُمۡ
كَثِيرٗا
لَّفَشِلۡتُمۡ
وَلَتَنَٰزَعۡتُمۡ
فِي
ٱلۡأَمۡرِ
وَلَٰكِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
سَلَّمَۚ
إِنَّهُۥ
عَلِيمُۢ
بِذَاتِ
ٱلصُّدُورِ
٤٣
（預言者*よ、）アッラー*があなたの夢の中で、彼ら（の数）をあなたに、少なくお見せになった時のこと（を思い起させるがよい）。そして、もしかれがあなたに彼らが多数であるのを見せになっていたら、あなた方は尻込み、その件[1]について争い合ったことであろう。だがアッラー*は、（そのようなことから）無事に済ませられた。本当にかれは胸中にあるものを、ご存知になるお方なのだから。 1

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah made each Group look few in the Eye of the Other
Mujahid said, "In a dream, Allah showed the Prophet the enemy as few. The Prophet conveyed this news to his Companions and their resolve strengthened." Similar was said by Ibn Ishaq and several others. Allah said,
