Al-Anfal 8:44 واذ يريكموهم اذ التقيتم في اعينكم قليلا ويقللكم في اعينهم ليقضي الله امرا كان مفعولا والى الله ترجع الامور ٤٤
وَإِذۡ
يُرِيكُمُوهُمۡ
إِذِ
ٱلۡتَقَيۡتُمۡ
فِيٓ
أَعۡيُنِكُمۡ
قَلِيلٗا
وَيُقَلِّلُكُمۡ
فِيٓ
أَعۡيُنِهِمۡ
لِيَقۡضِيَ
ٱللَّهُ
أَمۡرٗا
كَانَ
مَفۡعُولٗاۗ
وَإِلَى
ٱللَّهِ
تُرۡجَعُ
ٱلۡأُمُورُ
٤٤
Lɑ sɑsɑ ning ɑ sẽn wɑ n wilgd-b yãmb y sẽn wɑ n sεg tɑɑbã tɩ b yɑɑ bilf yãmb ninẽ wã, lɑ A mɑɑn tɩ b ne yãmb tɩ y yɑɑ bilfu, bʋl yĩng lɑ A mɑɑn tɩ yell A sẽn dɑ pʋlem tɩ yɩ paam yɩɩbo, lɑ yɑɑ Wẽnd nengẽ lɑ yεlã lebgr zĩigɑ.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah made each Group look few in the Eye of the Other
Mujahid said, "In a dream, Allah showed the Prophet the enemy as few. The Prophet conveyed this news to his Companions and their resolve strengthened." Similar was said by Ibn Ishaq and several others. Allah said,
