مَن
يَشَآءُ
وَيَرۡحَمُ
مَن
يَشَآءُۖ
وَإِلَيۡهِ
تُقۡلَبُونَ

Nagpaparusa Siya sa sinumang niloloob Niya [dahil sa katarungan Niya] at naaawa Siya sa sinumang niloloob Niya [dahil sa kabutihang-loob Niya]. Tungo sa Kanya kayo pauuwiin.
