يُعَذِّبُ
مَن
يَشَآءُ
وَيَرۡحَمُ
مَن
يَشَآءُۖ
وَإِلَيۡهِ
تُقۡلَبُونَ

かれは、かれがお望みの者を罰せられ、かれがお望みの者にご慈悲をおかけ下さる。そしてかれの御許にこそ、あなた方は戻されるのだ。
