يُعَذِّبُ
مَن
يَشَآءُ
وَيَرۡحَمُ
مَن
يَشَآءُۖ
وَإِلَيۡهِ
تُقۡلَبُونَ

جنھن کي وڻيس تنھن کي عذاب ڪري ۽ جنھن تي وڻيس رحم ڪري، ۽ (اوھين) ڏانھس موٽايا ويندؤ.
