Al-'Ankabut 29:21 يعذب من يشاء ويرحم من يشاء واليه تقلبون ٢١
يُعَذِّبُ
مَن
يَشَآءُ
وَيَرۡحَمُ
مَن
يَشَآءُۖ
وَإِلَيۡهِ
تُقۡلَبُونَ

He punishes whoever He will and shows mercy to whoever He will. You will all be returned to Him.
