Al-'Ankabut 29:21 يعذب من يشاء ويرحم من يشاء واليه تقلبون ٢١
يُعَذِّبُ
مَن
يَشَآءُ
وَيَرۡحَمُ
مَن
يَشَآءُۖ
وَإِلَيۡهِ
تُقۡلَبُونَ

He punishes whom He wills and has mercy on whom He wills. And to Him you are to be turned back.
