Al-'Ankabut 29:46 ۞ ولا تجادلوا اهل الكتاب الا بالتي هي احسن الا الذين ظلموا منهم وقولوا امنا بالذي انزل الينا وانزل اليكم والاهنا والاهكم واحد ونحن له مسلمون ٤٦
۞ وَلَا
تُجَٰدِلُوٓاْ
أَهۡلَ
ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ
إِلَّا
بِٱلَّتِي
هِيَ
أَحۡسَنُ
إِلَّا
ٱلَّذِينَ
ظَلَمُواْ
مِنۡهُمۡۖ
وَقُولُوٓاْ
ءَامَنَّا
بِٱلَّذِيٓ
أُنزِلَ
إِلَيۡنَا
وَأُنزِلَ
إِلَيۡكُمۡ
وَإِلَٰهُنَا
وَإِلَٰهُكُمۡ
وَٰحِدٞ
وَنَحۡنُ
لَهُۥ
مُسۡلِمُونَ
٤٦
[Эй муъминон] Бо аҳли китоб ҷуз ба беҳтарин шева баҳсу мунозира накунед, магар касоне аз онон, ки ситам карданд [ва бо шумо ба ҷанг бархостанд] ва бигӯед: «Мо ба тамоми он чи [аз сӯйи Аллоҳ таоло] бар мо ва шумо нозил шудааст, имон овардаем ва маъбуди мо ва шумо якест ва мо таслими [фармони] Ӯ ҳастем»

What is meant here is that anyone who wants to find out about religion from them should argue with them in a manner that is better, as this will be more effective. Allah says:
