Al-A'raf 7:11 ولقد خلقناكم ثم صورناكم ثم قلنا للملايكة اسجدوا لادم فسجدوا الا ابليس لم يكن من الساجدين ١١
وَلَقَدۡ
خَلَقۡنَٰكُمۡ
ثُمَّ
صَوَّرۡنَٰكُمۡ
ثُمَّ
قُلۡنَا
لِلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ
ٱسۡجُدُواْ
لِأٓدَمَ
فَسَجَدُوٓاْ
إِلَّآ
إِبۡلِيسَ
لَمۡ
يَكُن
مِّنَ
ٱلسَّٰجِدِينَ
١١
Vi har skapat er och sedan format er; därefter sade Vi till änglarna: "Fall ned på era ansikten inför Adam!" Och de föll ned inför honom, [alla] utom Iblees; han hörde inte till dem som föll ned på sina ansikten.

Prostration of the Angels to Adam and Shaytan's Arrogance
Allah informs the Children of Adam about the honor of their father and the enmity of Shaytan, who still has envy for them and for their father Adam. So they should beware of him and not follow in his footsteps. Allah said,
وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَـكُ
