Al-A'raf 7:168 وقطعناهم في الارض امما منهم الصالحون ومنهم دون ذالك وبلوناهم بالحسنات والسييات لعلهم يرجعون ١٦٨
وَقَطَّعۡنَٰهُمۡ
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
أُمَمٗاۖ
مِّنۡهُمُ
ٱلصَّٰلِحُونَ
وَمِنۡهُمۡ
دُونَ
ذَٰلِكَۖ
وَبَلَوۡنَٰهُم
بِٱلۡحَسَنَٰتِ
وَٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ
لَعَلَّهُمۡ
يَرۡجِعُونَ
١٦٨
またわれら*は地上において、彼ら（イスラーイールの子ら*）を数々の集団に分けた。彼らの内には正しい者*たち[1]もいれば、そうでない者たちもいる。そしてわれら*は彼らが（われら*に悔悟して）立ち返るべく、彼らを善きことと悪いこと[2]によって試練にかけたのである。 1

The Children of Israel scatter throughout the Land
Allah states that He divided the Jews into various nations, sects and groups,
وَقُلْنَا مِن بَعْدِهِ لِبَنِى إِسْرَءِيلَ اسْكُنُواْ الاٌّرْضَ فَإِذَا جَآءَ وَعْدُ الاٌّخِرَةِ جِئْنَا بِكُمْ لَفِيفًا
