Al-A'raf 7:176 ولو شينا لرفعناه بها ولاكنه اخلد الى الارض واتبع هواه فمثله كمثل الكلب ان تحمل عليه يلهث او تتركه يلهث ذالك مثل القوم الذين كذبوا باياتنا فاقصص القصص لعلهم يتفكرون ١٧٦
وَلَوۡ
شِئۡنَا
لَرَفَعۡنَٰهُ
بِهَا
وَلَٰكِنَّهُۥٓ
أَخۡلَدَ
إِلَى
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
وَٱتَّبَعَ
هَوَىٰهُۚ
فَمَثَلُهُۥ
كَمَثَلِ
ٱلۡكَلۡبِ
إِن
تَحۡمِلۡ
عَلَيۡهِ
يَلۡهَثۡ
أَوۡ
تَتۡرُكۡهُ
يَلۡهَثۚ
ذَّٰلِكَ
مَثَلُ
ٱلۡقَوۡمِ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَذَّبُواْ
بِـَٔايَٰتِنَاۚ
فَٱقۡصُصِ
ٱلۡقَصَصَ
لَعَلَّهُمۡ
يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
١٧٦
Dacă Noi am fi voit, l‑am fi ridicat prin ele1, însă el a înclinat spre pământ şi a urmat poftei sale. Pilda lui este asemenea pildei câinelui: dacă‑l alungi, el scoate limba gâfâind; dacă‑l laşi în pace, tot scoate limba gâfâind. Aceasta este pilda acelora care socotesc semnele Noastre mincinoase. Istoriseşte‑le, dară, povestea; poate că ei vor cugeta!

`Abdur-Razzaq recorded that `Abdullah bin Mas`ud said that Allah's statement,
