Al-A'raf 7:189 ۞ هو الذي خلقكم من نفس واحدة وجعل منها زوجها ليسكن اليها فلما تغشاها حملت حملا خفيفا فمرت به فلما اثقلت دعوا الله ربهما لين اتيتنا صالحا لنكونن من الشاكرين ١٨٩
۞ هُوَ
ٱلَّذِي
خَلَقَكُم
مِّن
نَّفۡسٖ
وَٰحِدَةٖ
وَجَعَلَ
مِنۡهَا
زَوۡجَهَا
لِيَسۡكُنَ
إِلَيۡهَاۖ
فَلَمَّا
تَغَشَّىٰهَا
حَمَلَتۡ
حَمۡلًا
خَفِيفٗا
فَمَرَّتۡ
بِهِۦۖ
فَلَمَّآ
أَثۡقَلَت
دَّعَوَا
ٱللَّهَ
رَبَّهُمَا
لَئِنۡ
ءَاتَيۡتَنَا
صَٰلِحٗا
لَّنَكُونَنَّ
مِنَ
ٱلشَّٰكِرِينَ
١٨٩
Katonda yye yooyo eyabatonda nga abaggya mu muntu omu, ng’ate mu ye mwe yaggya mukyalawe, abeere ng’adda gyali olw'okufuna obutebenkevu, bwe yamala okulabagana naye, naafuna olubuto olwangu, n’ayita nalwo mu mitendera (olubuto mweruyita) olw’amala okukula, baasaba Mukama omulabirizi waabwe, nebagamba nti, singa otuwa omwana omulongoofu, tujja kubeerera ddala mu beebaza.

All Mankind are the Offspring of Adam
Allah states that He has created all mankind from Adam, peace be upon him, and from Adam, He created his wife, Hawwa' and from them, people started to spread. Allah said in another Ayah,
يأَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَـكُم مِّن ذَكَرٍ وَأُنْثَى وَجَعَلْنَـكُمْ
