Al-A'raf 7:31 ۞ يا بني ادم خذوا زينتكم عند كل مسجد وكلوا واشربوا ولا تسرفوا انه لا يحب المسرفين ٣١
۞ يَٰبَنِيٓ
ءَادَمَ
خُذُواْ
زِينَتَكُمۡ
عِندَ
كُلِّ
مَسۡجِدٖ
وَكُلُواْ
وَٱشۡرَبُواْ
وَلَا
تُسۡرِفُوٓاْۚ
إِنَّهُۥ
لَا
يُحِبُّ
ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ

Hay manga moriyataw o Adam, solota niyo so mapiya ko nditarn iyo ko oman i wakto a kapzambayang. Go kang, kano go inom kano, go di kano phanobra. Mataan! a Skaniyan na di Niyan khabayaan so pphamanobra.
