Al-A'raf 7:57 وهو الذي يرسل الرياح بشرا بين يدي رحمته حتى اذا اقلت سحابا ثقالا سقناه لبلد ميت فانزلنا به الماء فاخرجنا به من كل الثمرات كذالك نخرج الموتى لعلكم تذكرون ٥٧
وَهُوَ
ٱلَّذِي
يُرۡسِلُ
ٱلرِّيَٰحَ
بُشۡرَۢا
بَيۡنَ
يَدَيۡ
رَحۡمَتِهِۦۖ
حَتَّىٰٓ
إِذَآ
أَقَلَّتۡ
سَحَابٗا
ثِقَالٗا
سُقۡنَٰهُ
لِبَلَدٖ
مَّيِّتٖ
فَأَنزَلۡنَا
بِهِ
ٱلۡمَآءَ
فَأَخۡرَجۡنَا
بِهِۦ
مِن
كُلِّ
ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِۚ
كَذَٰلِكَ
نُخۡرِجُ
ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ
لَعَلَّكُمۡ
تَذَكَّرُونَ
٥٧
かれはそのご慈悲（雨）の前触れに、吉報を告げる風を送られるお方。やがてそれは（雨を湛えた）重厚な雲を運び、われら*はそれを死んだ大地[1]へと導く。そして、われら*はそれで（雨）水を降らせ、それによってあらゆる果実を生まれ出させる。同様にわれら*は、あなた方が教訓を得るようにと、死者を（蘇らせて墓から）引き出すのである。 1

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Among Allah's Signs, He sends down the Rain and brings forth the Produce
After Allah stated that He created the heavens and earth and that He is the Owner and Possessor of the affairs Who makes things subservient (for mankind), He ordained that He be invoked in Du`a', for He is able to do all things.
