Al-A'raf 7:57 وهو الذي يرسل الرياح بشرا بين يدي رحمته حتى اذا اقلت سحابا ثقالا سقناه لبلد ميت فانزلنا به الماء فاخرجنا به من كل الثمرات كذالك نخرج الموتى لعلكم تذكرون ٥٧
وَهُوَ
ٱلَّذِي
يُرۡسِلُ
ٱلرِّيَٰحَ
بُشۡرَۢا
بَيۡنَ
يَدَيۡ
رَحۡمَتِهِۦۖ
حَتَّىٰٓ
إِذَآ
أَقَلَّتۡ
سَحَابٗا
ثِقَالٗا
سُقۡنَٰهُ
لِبَلَدٖ
مَّيِّتٖ
فَأَنزَلۡنَا
بِهِ
ٱلۡمَآءَ
فَأَخۡرَجۡنَا
بِهِۦ
مِن
كُلِّ
ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِۚ
كَذَٰلِكَ
نُخۡرِجُ
ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ
لَعَلَّكُمۡ
تَذَكَّرُونَ
٥٧
하나님이 바람을 보냄은 그 분의 은혜로 비를 보내는 징조라 그것이 무거운 구름을 동반하니 그분은 그것을 불모지로 유도하여그곳에 비를 내리게 하사 그것으 로 모든 종류의 열매를 생산함이 라 이렇듯 하나님은 죽은자를 부 활케 하나니 너희들은 상기하리라

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Among Allah's Signs, He sends down the Rain and brings forth the Produce
After Allah stated that He created the heavens and earth and that He is the Owner and Possessor of the affairs Who makes things subservient (for mankind), He ordained that He be invoked in Du`a', for He is able to do all things.
