Al-A'raf 7:70 قالوا اجيتنا لنعبد الله وحده ونذر ما كان يعبد اباونا فاتنا بما تعدنا ان كنت من الصادقين ٧٠
قَالُوٓاْ
أَجِئۡتَنَا
لِنَعۡبُدَ
ٱللَّهَ
وَحۡدَهُۥ
وَنَذَرَ
مَا
كَانَ
يَعۡبُدُ
ءَابَآؤُنَا
فَأۡتِنَا
بِمَا
تَعِدُنَآ
إِن
كُنتَ
مِنَ
ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ
٧٠
He vastasivat: »Oletko tullut luoksemme, jotta me palvelisimme yksinomaan Jumalaa ja hylkäisimme ne, joita meidän esi-isämme palvelivat? Jos niin on, osoita meille sitten kaikki, minkä lupaat meille, jos olet totuudessa.»

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah mentions the rebellion, defiance and stubbornness of Hud'speople, and their opposition to him, peace be upon him,
قَالُواْ أَجِئْتَنَا لِنَعْبُدَ اللَّهَ وَحْدَهُ
(They said: "You have come to us that we should worship Allah Alone") Later on, the disbelievers of Quraysh said,
وَإِذْ قَالُواْ اللّ
