Al-A'raf 7:87 وان كان طايفة منكم امنوا بالذي ارسلت به وطايفة لم يومنوا فاصبروا حتى يحكم الله بيننا وهو خير الحاكمين ٨٧
وَإِن
كَانَ
طَآئِفَةٞ
مِّنكُمۡ
ءَامَنُواْ
بِٱلَّذِيٓ
أُرۡسِلۡتُ
بِهِۦ
وَطَآئِفَةٞ
لَّمۡ
يُؤۡمِنُواْ
فَٱصۡبِرُواْ
حَتَّىٰ
يَحۡكُمَ
ٱللَّهُ
بَيۡنَنَاۚ
وَهُوَ
خَيۡرُ
ٱلۡحَٰكِمِينَ
٨٧
Nihaba muri mwebwe hari umugwi wemeye ivyo narungikanwe n’Imana Allah, hari n’uwundi mugwi utigeze uvyemera. Nimutenyenye rero bahakanyi, murindire igihe Imana Allah Izoruducira, Ikabaha ibihano nabagabishijeko. Ni na Yo rero Mwiza w’abacamanza batunganiriza ibiremwa.

Prophet Shu`ayb forbade his people from setting up blockades on the roads, saying,
وَلاَ تَقْعُدُواْ بِكُلِّ صِرَطٍ تُوعِدُونَ
("And sit not on every road, threatening,") threatening people with death if they do not give up their money, as they were bandits, according to As-Suddi. Ibn `Abbas, Mujahid
