Al-Baqarah 2:184 اياما معدودات فمن كان منكم مريضا او على سفر فعدة من ايام اخر وعلى الذين يطيقونه فدية طعام مسكين فمن تطوع خيرا فهو خير له وان تصوموا خير لكم ان كنتم تعلمون ١٨٤
أَيَّامٗا
مَّعۡدُودَٰتٖۚ
فَمَن
كَانَ
مِنكُم
مَّرِيضًا
أَوۡ
عَلَىٰ
سَفَرٖ
فَعِدَّةٞ
مِّنۡ
أَيَّامٍ
أُخَرَۚ
وَعَلَى
ٱلَّذِينَ
يُطِيقُونَهُۥ
فِدۡيَةٞ
طَعَامُ
مِسۡكِينٖۖ
فَمَن
تَطَوَّعَ
خَيۡرٗا
فَهُوَ
خَيۡرٞ
لَّهُۥۚ
وَأَن
تَصُومُواْ
خَيۡرٞ
لَّكُمۡ
إِن
كُنتُمۡ
تَعۡلَمُونَ
١٨٤
（ラマダーン月*）一定の日数を（斎戒*せよ）。それであなた方の内、病人や、旅行中の者（で斎戒*しなかった者）は誰でも、別の日々に（その）日数を（斎戒*する）。そしてそれ（斎戒*）を遂行できない者の償いは、貧者*一人への食べ物[1]。また、進んで善行する者ならば、それが彼にとってより善いこと[2]である。そして斎戒*する方が、あなた方にはより善いのだ[3]。もし、あなた方が（その徳を）知っているのなら。 1
