Al-Baqarah 2:223 نساوكم حرث لكم فاتوا حرثكم انى شيتم وقدموا لانفسكم واتقوا الله واعلموا انكم ملاقوه وبشر المومنين ٢٢٣
نِسَآؤُكُمۡ
حَرۡثٞ
لَّكُمۡ
فَأۡتُواْ
حَرۡثَكُمۡ
أَنَّىٰ
شِئۡتُمۡۖ
وَقَدِّمُواْ
لِأَنفُسِكُمۡۚ
وَٱتَّقُواْ
ٱللَّهَ
وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ
أَنَّكُم
مُّلَٰقُوهُۗ
وَبَشِّرِ
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
٢٢٣
Era hustrur är för er [som] en åker; beträd därför er åker, när och som ni önskar - men sörj [först] för era själar. Frukta Gud och var förvissade om att ni skall möta Honom. Och förkunna för de troende hoppets budskap.

Sexual Intercourse with Menstruating Women is prohibited
Imam Ahmad recorded that Anas said that the Jews used to avoid their menstruating women, they would not eat, or even mingle with them in the house. The Companions of the Prophet asked about this matter and Allah revealed:
